mnay thanks to all who provided help. I'm having a tough time...but only due to my ignorance. Archangel, I like the UART use of Pickit2...I need to learn how to use that to help debug. Looking into it right now.

1 caveat to use that, is take sure to exit the USART routine before you compile changes, or it tends to lock up the PICKIT, works a treat otherwise, because of it I almost never use a breadboard to test code anymore.Originally Posted by johnnylynx
