An easy way to think about it is to look at how you would "Name" the numer.

For instance,

5.58 is 558 hundredth's of whatever it is.

So if you multiply by 558, then divide by 100 (hundredths), you end up with the correct answer. (integers only)

B = 123
A = B * 558
A = DIV32 100
