    Without a scheme ( you posted in the schematics section ... remember. ), and the PIC program ... no chance for you to get the least usable answer ...

    WARNING! What you are about to see and read was design by someone who only had a vague idea of what was going on. Look at your own mental risk. Though, I can assure you that there are no obvious shorts (resistors touching, ect).
