    Hi,

    I am using a 16F676 with a 4mhz resonator.

Have to use resonator for serial port.

Datasheet section 5.5, using a 32khz crystal across OSC1 & OSC2 feeding TMR1 and incrementing your counters and sleeping in the meanwhile. Run the PIC off the internal 4mhz.
