Can anyone tell me if the 16C505 is compatable with PBP?

If so, can I use internal clock?

If you use PBP version 2.45 then it is there.
Also the internal clock can be used with this compiler.

PBP doesn't care about your'e using internal 4MHZ or external 4MHZ crystal. It's only a configuration fuse that you set at programming time.
