    Default isolated or not?

Hi all, Could somebody shed some light on some thing that is bugging me... I have a hendon OM5428 setup in phase control mode with a 100k pot, problem is that when I replace that pot with a MCP41010 digital pot I'm going to have the circuit hanging off neutral by a 120k resistor. I don't like doing that so much! Is this a problem? cheers

MCP41010 digital pot maximum allowable Vdd is 7 Volts! Your triac driver works at 14 volts obtained directly from 220 Vac. I think MCP41010 will not last long!
