    The only input in on MCLR and it is already on a resistor. The rest of the pins (excluding +5 and ground) are all outputs. Nothing is floating.

    It just started doing this and worked fine before. Probably still hardware, but I don't think a resistor is going to fix it.

    Did you look at the code?
