I'm trying to go from using the internal clock to using a external clock
on a 16f676 using MCS/PBP /MPASM not sure what all I need to do
thinking I replace _INTRC_OSC_NOCLKOUT with this _XT_OSC
and do I still need to DEFINE OSC 4
