PIC16F684 equivalent with 3 ports???

    Smile PIC16F684 + 6 digital I/O pins = ?

    Would a 16F690 be a good choice? I would have chosen 685 but my supplier don't seel it.
    I don't need USART.

    I only need 6 more pins for my PIC16F684...

    Yes, the 16F690 would work if it has the features you need. I have used thousands of 16F690's in a product and am very satisfied with them.

    If you need a couple of 16F690's (or 16F886's) in SOIC package, let me know and I can give them to you.
