Regarding Software the code is given.

UPDATE: I used

RoutineRotate:   
    FOR Movement = 0 TO 2000 / 20   
        Low ServoMotor
        Pulsout ServoMotor,RotatingPos
        Pause 20
    NEXT Movement 
    RETURN

And it still showed the same behaviour.
