    Looks doable,

    Seems to be a RGB led + dedicated controller for each. seems to be 3 wire, V+,SerialData, Gnd. Nothing really that hard.

    A big chain of receiver with 3 PWM channels on each. 12F + SERIN/SERIN2/DEBUGIN with WAIT + Darrel's Multi-SPWM and you're in business.

    EDIT:
    almost right, they use RS485 driver, so not really that different.
