PIC 16F628 geting sinuous impuls

I need to get sinuous impulse on a pin of course if it is possible

Read the datasheet on the '628. Good luck getting analog anything (except maybe a window comparator) on the '628.
And if you do a bit of searching, you'll find a big long huge thread here that talks all about power inverters.
