error with mplab

Hi!
If I try to compiler file in the Mplab i have this error:

How can i solve?

Not execution failed, or build failed, or power failed, but UNABLE TO EXECUTE...meaning that PBP probably couldn't FIND mpasmwin.
Reinstall everything.
