    Default Find the right PIC...

    Hello,

I just toasted my last 16F88...

This PIC has ADC "Vref+" and "Vref-" ability.

I was looking for some replacement PIC having the same feature in the MICROCHIP's web site.

Unfortunately, this feature is not listed (or I can't see it) in the selection table so I need to look at every and each datasheet; this can take a long long time!

Does anyone know how to find this information quickly?

    Thank you.
    Roger

IF there is the word "Problem" in your question ...
    certainly the answer is " RTFM " or " RTFDataSheet " !!!

    Coooooooooooooooooooooooooool !

Will need to get a faster internet connection then

    Merci encore.

BTW, do I understand the datasheets well if, in the case of the "Vref+" and "Vref-" use, "Vref+" can not be higher than Vdd and "Vref-" can not be lower than Vss? Or does "Vref+" and "Vref-" accept any voltage as long as their voltage difference doesn't exceed 5V?

Each Vref have to be >0 and <Vdd

    It's not a bug, it's a random feature.
There's no problem, only learning opportunities.
