It's up!, the auction has started -- as usual I'm before schedule...

Funny...the Nov 05 issue cover looks like the same picture that EPE is using for one of their current magazines. (The MIDI drum project.)
It is the same project, text, pictures and all !!! In case you're wondering -- EPE is entirely independent of Silicon Chip publications, they just purchase the rights to reprint some of the articles (I think) But it could be a complete sale of ownership to the articles (not sure)

Here's a prototype project that was scheduled for publication but never got done.

$1 start, just $1 !!!
I wouldn't be too surprised if they end up in the UK, I just finished exposing the auction on the EPE forum. Then again, I won't be too surprised if they don't sell at all. I have 5 watchers, but no bids as of yet. Five mysterious people looking over them.
Don't be too surprised if EPE reprints that burglar alarm. For the record, I think that Silicon Chip has lost plot in calling it "Ultimate" -- it's absolutely far from it! Gah, anyway I'm through with these clowns.

Wooho! 20 watchers now.
Just to clarify something ...
The auction states that there are 11 projects while the start of this thread suggests 12. I have actually had 15 projects published in total, confused? Well, 11 of them are full form (PCB, other artwork, documentation) -- these typically range from 5 to 10 pages in the magazines. The other remaining 4 are all short form (schematic only)-- these were published in a column entitled; Circuit Notebook, basically consuming less than a page in the magazine, I see them as insignificant and consequently left them out of scope.
For the record -- if the auction ends @ $1, I will honor the sale to retain my 100% feedback rating. eBay is going to make me a lot of money in up and coming years.
Anyhow, speaking of years -- HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
(yeah I'm a bit drunk at the moment)
