Default Analog oscilloscope - what do you think?

I’m thinking of getting an oscilloscope for my hobby PIC projects. I don’t have a lot of money to spend. Maximum I can burn (or, my wife will let me burn … ha …ha …) is $300. So, getting those PC-based USB scopes is probably not gonna happen. I found this analog scope online and it’s new. What do you folks think? Give me some feedback. Thanks.

That's a pretty good buy. Prediction; digital scopes will drop even further in price over the next year or two, so if you can, hold off till then
