    Default Default microprocessor

    I have asked this question before - thought I'd cracked it - but haven't!!
    I am running MSPlus v 3.0.0.5 with PBPro v2.47
    When I open MS Plus on a new document it always defaults (in the target processor drop down box) to 16F628. I want to change this parameter to 16F877A. The help box in MCSP says there is a default.ini file in the main configuration folder to edit. The ONLY default.ini file I have on my computer is in Program Files\Mecanique\MCSP\EasyHID which only contains the following information:-

    [APPLICATION]
    HIDClean = 1

    [LANGUAGE]
    USBDevice = pbpgen.exe
    Host = bd5gen.exe

    I guess nothing here to edit.

    Querying this with Mecanique they said "you create the file yourself".

    I don't understand this.

    Can someone explain if I am in the right directory and right file and what I have to do to create the right worded file........

    Regards

    use notepad and create a Default.INI named file, then just write this simple line in

    16F877A

    and save it...

    not much.

    It's not a bug, it's a random feature.
