    Lightbulb New Math Problem

    Now what I want to do is go backwards from what I did before.

    What would be a good equation/function for:

    Given a = %00100
    b should equal 2


    %00001 = 0
    %00010 = 1
    %00100 = 2
    %01000 = 3
    %10000 = 4

    andrewroz, Use the NCD function. It will give you the value of the most significant bit set.
    It's in the manual.....
