I'm also looking for a simple/effective deployment tool (again, 'cause I can't find whatever it was I had found years ago). I do remember INNO 'cause all I have left is the test installation script I had created back then. Having re-googled the subject, Inno seems as though it is still the go-to deployment tool for us "noobs".
