I use WINPIC mostly and PicKit2 when I'm stuck, like now.
Even PicKit2 generates an error "Programming failed at Program Memory Adress 0x00000D".
I just bought those two PICs and doubt they are dead since I never used them before.
I'll have a look at the "Config2" word. Maybe, this will help.
Would you have more detailed info about this, I would appreciate.
