No autoexec.bat stuff but Local variable environment

You could still try to register them manually with regsvr32 PBPSUITE.DLL but first you need to make sure this file is located in Windows\system32 folder.
Sure you'll need to change the Environment variable as well, make sure the language toolsuite executable is selected and placed in the right folder.
Reboot the system, and enjoy.. or cry
