I have found very few manufacturers who accept Eagle format. You have to convert them using the Gerber274 program in the CAM section. There is also an Excellon subroutine for the drill information. I have a guy in Utah who does my double sided boards, and we worked through the sequences. One wierd quirk with Eagle though...One of the files gets overwritten when doing multiple board layers. You need to do one layer, save it to a separate file, then do the next,or rename the files with top, bottom, etc. I would switch PCB programs, but I have more custom footprints than a Sasquatch fan club!
