can we use PIC to interface with 64mb sd ram?

    Nothing is impossible. . .

    but you will need some more more components than just a PIC and Memory
    (DRAM controller)

    Don't forget: it is DynamicRAM

    If you let the PIC do the hard job of filling up that 64meg Memory
    and there is a BrownOut your Memory will have a BlackOut
