    Wink Mosfet for inductive load ???

    Hi,

    Why not look at the automotives protected IGBTs ???

    IRGS 14C40 ( I R ) or ISL9V5036 ( Fairchild ) ... MGP 15N40 ( Motorola ... ON Semi. )

    No switching issues then !!!
