I generally use 16f876 with a bootloader , however I would like to do some USB work (Thanks Mister e) and decided on the 18f4550, also with the bootloader. I have:

PBP v2.45A with the patch already installed
MicroCode Studio Plus V2.3.0.0
Epic for Windows V2.46 Beta(for burning bootcode)
Lab-X2 development board
MicroCode Loader V3.2.0.1 for programming
MPASM as the assembler

What is my best option for upgrade to be able to use the 18f4550?
