    Default Eagle schematics

    Guys and Gals,

Can anyone tell me how to show the supply pins on a component in Eagle 4.16.

I'm using an Op-amp, and the schematic shows just the two input pins, and the output, there is no supply pins for the IC (quad op amp TL079). So when I run the ERC check it reports a problem that there are no supply rails connected to the V- and V+ of these IC's

Any ideas on how to correct this - the package is from the standard library.

    Default eagle schematic pins

Left side tool bar, toward bottom there is a button that looks like 4 and gates. [INVOKE]

Push invoke then click on op-amp. A window will open up. In the case of a quad op-amp there will be A,B,C,D,P where A-D are op-amps and P is power. Select P and place the power pins on the schematic and wire them up.

    good luck
