Why insist on using 32 Bits when you're not even able to deal with the first 8 ones ??? ehhhhhh ...

IF there is the word "Problem" in your question ...
certainly the answer is " RTFM " or " RTFDataSheet " !!!

Hi,
If you are powering your LCD you need to re-initialize the LCD. PBP would do that for you when it encounters the next LCDOUT instruction. All you need to do is
FLAGS=0
This will guide PBP LCD library that the LCD has not yet been initialized.

I don't understand.
Do you mean this if I power the LCD through a PIC's Pin ?If you are powering your LCD...
Shall I set FLAG=0 when I come back from sleep mode?
Roger
Look at page 93 of the latest manual. It is FLAGS (with S) not FLAG.
If you power down your LCD, also set FLAGS=0. Before using any LCDout commands.
Ioannis
Thank you.
I found it now too...
Didn't think this was important.
Roger
Hi,
I hope that it is clear now. And thanks Ioannis for marking flutoplex's mistake.

Hi Sougata,
you are welcome. A simple typo mistake can lead to many hours of wasted time. Been there before....
