Default 20MHz improve RF over 16F628A?

I am using a 4MHz crystal with 15pF caps. I want to improve speed and baud rate on my PIC16F628A. What is the max baud rate with a 20MHz crystal? What size caps should I use with a 20MHz crystal? Thanks.

    It's not a bug, it's a random feature.

Thank you for the response. Serial communication aside, will the 20MHz crystal still speed up the PIC with noticeable differences? (the application being a serial buffer, not the baud rate, i.e. will the buffer be cleared faster?) Thank you very much!

    20/4=5 times faster...
