    Running as administrator didn't help in 32 bit windows 7 professional.

    I have the following NET's installed by default in case this is a Microsoft VB supportive files issue:
    Microsoft® .NET Framework Version 2.0.50727.4927
    Microsoft® .NET Framework Version 3.0.6920.4902
