I'm not for sure a genius but I use PBP.
Have a look at my few posts.

It could be also Pause that's why I'm searching for a table
As I don't know Proton picbasic, ms could stand for microseconds
or milliseconds !
I'll let you know my doubts after a full review of the proton code.

DelayUS => PauseUs
DelayMs => Pause
