    Default Q for 12C508

    Hi all,
I've done a bit with the F series and have mostly managed to bluff my way through them, but am now being promoted to using the 'C508.....
Can anyone point me at a typical program for these monsters showing typical set up commands for their native quirks, especially port commands for directions and direction setting.
Yeah, I know they've been effectively superceded by the 'F508, but I've got a heap of the oldies that I want to use up.

    Thanks, as usual, in advance.

I have spent too much time figuring out how to setup correct fuses for C508.

But, never ever got reliable or say correct fuses to program a series of them without burning most of them.

I gave up and started using F508. Never ever burned a single F508.

But there are examples with too long and complex fuses for specific applications.

c508 AND f508 SHOULDN'T be much different. The F508 is usefull for developpement (avoid to use JW508 and UV-eraser... waist of time now)

So your working code on a F508 will work on a C508. For safety sake, just recompile it using C508.

    It's not a bug, it's a random feature.
