I am using PIC18F452 and I have connected (MCP130"Microcontroller supervisory circuit") in the MCLR pin No.1 of microcontroller.

It takes 270 ms to turn ON the microcontroller.

Please suggest some MCP with same pin configuration (package= TO-92 with 'F' boundout) and turn on reset less than 90ms & with internal resistor.
