1.5 volt power.

I need to power a 10F204 circuit from a 1.5 volt cell. The entire device is very small, and I can't use an inductor type switcher as the inductor will substantially increase the overall size. Is there a switch cap doubler out there that will work down to 1 volt? Or...Do some of you brilliant bulbs out there have an extremely low parts count solution? Oh, average current draw will be about 500 uA.

My board space was limited, so I used the Maxim 1794 DC-DC converter. It is in a SOT package, and even has it's own zero crossing detector switch, which eliminated the Schottky diode. It will start at .8 VDC and draws only a few microamps when not loaded down. Check it out...

Whew! I spent the better part of a 1/2 hour looking for the 1794. I didn't find it either. Thanks for the info on the 1724.
