Sample circuit??

Hi, I currently using MicroC to program PIC16F877A..but i think that i had some problem v my circuit so i try to use the sample LED blinking program but also unable to function at all.

There fore, is there any direct for this simple circuit??need to know what's the problem with my circuit..
