Hello,

I have made the EasyProg from this web site:

I ordered the PCB board and just had to plug in the components myself.
Ok its not working, but that PRG 4 chip (Pic16f648) is not oscillating. My question is, do the chip need to be programmed to oscillating, or would an off the shelf oscillate ?
Anybody had this programmer working?
