Default Can a PIC reboot itself ?

    Hi All,

Is there a way of getting a PIC to "reboot" itself by executing a particular line of code or is the only way to connect an output pin to MCLR and pull the reset line low. I realise I can use the watchdog timer to force a reset if it crashes but I am thinking of when it hasnt actually crashed but may be a bit "confused"

I dont know if I actually "need" to do this yet but would like to know if it is possible.

    Thanks
    Keith

    It's not a bug, it's a random feature.
