You can email the artwork in encapsulated postscript or burn and send them a CD (they use Apples and eps is a good interchange format).
Example: Qty 200, 50 x 50mm (as appended pic), 2 colour Reverse Screen Printed (cos you can't scratch the print off then) in Black and Yellow, window for LED, flexible for press switch, Adhesive Backed (no adhesive in LED window and in switch position) works out at about 90p each (excluding VAT).
I've not had direct contact with them (usually handled by purchasing), but have seen their work and it's quite reasonable based on what you pay. Mind you, way up North in the land of the jolly green Giro where folks are hungry and sheep are scared you'll probably find someone to do it for a quarter of the price...
