Ds1302 Stops are runs slow

    Default Ds1302 Stops are runs slow

    I have been trying to make a data logger with a Time and Date Stamp with a "DS1302" RTC. Using a Pic 12f629 and "Serout2".
    My Ds1302 Hangs are stops when the circuit power is removed! But the chip (ds1302) will not run off of the battery back up.
    My sample code is attach!
