Why insist on using 32 Bits when you're not even able to deal with the first 8 ones ??? ehhhhhh ...

IF there is the word "Problem" in your question ...
    certainly the answer is " RTFM " or " RTFDataSheet " !!!

I've written such a controller in PBP, but the timecritical parts are in assembler (hall-sensors).

    The main questions are:

What is the power of the motor ? Current and Voltage ?
Are there hallsensors for the feedback ?
How many rotations are required ?
