Scrolling LED sign / marquee

I am in the same situation like Magu. I cannot open PCB file. I use Eagle 4.16 but I think that there is a compatibility problem.

sorry to ressurecting nearly a year old thread. i have successfully build Led555 512 Led moving sign message (the old one with green LEDs) using 16F877. but i have 1 problem...the sign seems to be flickerring..noticeable flicker.. i build using original Led555 schematic and code.
Led555, please help me to get rid of this problem..
