With a driver DigiTrace will run also on W2k and XP.

Be careful using the parallel port of your PC !!!!!!
If possible, install a second parallel port in a PCI slot.

Thanks again to all that helped. After a little sleep I found that the current limiting resistor on my IR LED was 10K. Anyway, lowered it and everything is working.

That would definately limit the current
