Sending SMS with Nokia 3210/3310

Hi all

I have a Nokia 3210 and a 3310 GSM available

As I'm building a home alarm I would like to send and receive
SMS

Untill now I did not found any software to convert PDU formatted messages
Is there anyone who can help ?
or
Is it possible to send serial AT commands to the Nokia 3210/3310 ?
