Default New error with MicroCode Studio?

    Hi Folks,

I've been compiling and programming the same piece of code for several months now using MicroCode Studio. Now out of the blue I get a Windows error that pops up in a window named "16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem":

    Code:
    MicroCode Studio
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
CS:b674 IP:cd27 OP:c6 ce de f6 e6 Choose 'Close' to terminate this application
Also in the Results window of MicroCode Studio I get:

    Code:
    Fatal:[301]out of memory

I recently received some security updates from Microsoft and I wonder if they messed something... has anyone else seen this or know about it?

    Thanks,

    Jeff

I'm back working again, but I don't understand why the problem started just out of the blue. I renamed my PBPW.EXE to PBP.EXE and everything is happy again (dumb and happy, that is)
