Try: Sound Portb.0 , [13,83]
Portb.0 is just an output port, you can take any port (not the mclr pin) from your chip.
This should be in the neighbourhood.

irmus, Use the PBP statement "FREQOUT Pin,On time ms,Frequency". You will need to put the signal generated thru a low pass RC filter.
