    Talking newbie

i am a beginner about the PIC(learning one month only), i am using the 16F877A pic now. someone can teach me about the interfacing VB with microcode studio plus. Got any reference website that i can go refer? can i direct set the data at my VB program and send in PIC and direct change the data inside?
    - example like make a password program in VB, if the password correct then excute my PIC program and it also can reset the password.
    - or like set the counter at VB program then the PIC will direct change the couter value without change any value in microcode studio.

    thanks

Don't know why you would want to send data from VB to MCSP. Why not exchange data between the VB program and the PIC directly?
