May be Tx and Rx are not connected correctly? See if the 2 is connected to 3 and 3 to 2.
In other words, Tx of the PC to Rx of the MAX232 and Rx of the PC to Tx of MAX232.

I check RS232 is work
sorry i confuse abit...that before
1. I make some hard ware see picture
3. Open microcode studio program ,select MCU 16f877a , com1 and open file sample "Sort"
4. Complie ICD compile ( ctrl+F9), pic basic pro 2.45A
5. Program code with micro pro "QEL 3105 micro pro"
6. click boton Run and error info "microcdoe studio was unable to conect to PIC microcontroller executing code"
