Default 64 pin 18F series MCU, which operates from 5V and has same pinout as 16F series?

    Hello.
I really do not know in which part of forum to ask, so move this topic according to your decision.

I have the following issue. I have PCB designed for 16F1947 chip, in 64 pin package.
However, I need 64mhz clock speed with internal osc (this is important) and 5V operation (NOT 5V tolerant pins)

    And I got stuck there.

For example, PIC18F66K80 meets all these requirements, except pinout, and PIC18F8722 has same pinout as 16F series, operates from 5V, but can only do 32mhz with intosc.

So I'm searching for non-existent chip or I missed something?

Likely no direct drop-in with those exact specs. Consider lower speed, external clock, or other PIC families (needs PCB change).
