It is not chrome issue at all. Happens in FF and IE too.
This is just forum hosting screwing up.
You can skip that "too many redirects" error, but still nothing won't load.

In Edge and Opera I have no problem. Have not tested Firefox yet.

Most of December I was not able to get into the forum with this issue. It would work for a day or so, then not for a week or so and the last couple weeks of the year, not at all. I'm using Chrome. For the last several days, I have been able to get into the forum, but there do not seem to be any posts. I wonder if this issue has effectively killed the forum (and mortally wounded PBP). Certainly I was about to remove it from my shortcut list, and I tend to be slow to do things.
And right after the above post - no access again. I launched Edge and was able to get in to make this post.
Same here too with Chrome. All other browsers work OK for me except Chrome (I am not very fond of this browser...).
Usually I prefer Opera. It is very strange that Opera works OK having Chrome as main core.

I access the forum from 3-4 different computers, all running Windows, all using Edge and I've never seen this. (as far as I know Edge is also based on Chrome)
I know this is no comfort for those experiencing the problem but it might help troubleshooting.
Regarding the spam we try asap to zap them. Unfortunately this specific problem is beyond my knowledge and skills.
As Richard marked, never the drugs, porn or lighter spam activities have problems sneaking in forums, mails sites... Nasty bastards....
Ioannis
At least the porn spam so far has just been links and not embedded images -- at least what I've zapped.
I think this is the case. Fortunatlely just links so far.
Hope the problem with the redirects will not spread to other browsers too.
Ioannis
OK, Im going to turn off CDN temporarily to see if that affects the issue
pleasev let me know if you see any improvement
Now Chrome says for both picabsic.co.uk and dt.picbasic.co.uk:
This site can’t be reached
www.picbasic.co.uk took too long to respond.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

On Edge I can access dt.picbasic.co.uk but not forum:

On Opera no delays are noted and have no firefox here to test.

Do you see the same issue if visiting dt.picbasic.co.uk ??
On http://www.picbasic.co.uk/forum/forum.php no change.
The dt.picbasic.co.uk works OK though only on chrome not on Edge!
Ioannis
The forum is on Https and dt.picbasic.co.uk on http ? Is that correct?
Ioannis
Just checking I can upload imges without problems.
Seems OK
Oh and this is how the server is secured.
We are secure to Cloudflare and Cloudflare secures to the end users browser.
I am sorry, but after my first on http://dt.picbasic.co.uk/ (Chrome) it stopped working that too.
So it seems after the first visit, none sites work anymore on Chrome and Edge.
Ioannis
If you exit the picbasic.co.uk page and clear your browser cache, Cookies and all site data. Close your browser. Re-Open and vist the site, you should see that the site is secure and running a certificate from a trusted CA ( cloudflare). The whole site is running behind cloudflare.
Since I cannot reproduce the issue at present.
I just made another change to the way the url request is handled when visiting the forum, does the issue persist?
