MicroCode studio crashes while typing in code.

Again, this has been happening to several users over the years, there are multiple threads here and over on the Melabs forum.
Threads I find with a 2 minute search are from 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and now 2022.

I don't find it likely that multiple users across multiple operating systems and with hardware spanning a decade all should have marginal RAM or other hardware compatibility issue that causes only MicroCodeStudio to crash and not make the PC in general unstable and other applications to crash with the same frequency as MCS.

BUT - I don't have a better idea so I'll give it a benefit of the doubt.
Run it for a week or two to verify it no longer crashes. Then switch to the "incompatible" RAM sticks and see if you get the problem back.

So I can confirm, after changing of RAM modules, there were zero crashes of microcode studio on my system.

This is really strange. But on the other hand, a good program should not depend on the RAM or disk type...

Yes, strange indeed.
Now, have you tried re-fitting the potentially faulty/bad/incompatible RAM-sticks to see if MCS starts to crash again?
