    If it's not stepping on your toes, would you mind if I created a stand-alone NCO Calculator app', much like my SPBRG Calculator app'? I just need an accurate tool people can use on a couple upcoming retro computer projects.

    Please do. I originally created it because I needed it for a project at the time, and decided to share it. I have no "inventor's syndrome" attachments, so if you want to contribute to the community, everyone benefits.
